Peace of Mind in Challenging Times
In response to the social unrest in Hong Kong, Elderly Health Service of the Department of Health produced a series of animation consisting of six episodes to help the elderly maintain mental health during this period of time. The animation explains common stress reactions arising from the social unrest and suggests some strategies to cope with them.
