          “One Dish for Two Meals”

Having the same dish for two meals greatly spoils the appetite.
The dish also becomes less attractive and tasty after chilling. By wisely
adding some fresh side ingredients, it can easily be turned into a new
          dish without spending much time.
          • Adding colourful vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, corn kernels, bell
            peppers).
          • Adding food ingredients of different textures. If the leftover dish is soft
in texture (e.g. tofu pot), add some ingredients with a hard texture (e.g.
carrots, chopped celery). The contrasting textures can make the dish
            more refreshing.
           Example 1
Steamed minced pork patty Minced pork with
with water chestnut luffa and cloud ears

                               Add luffa and cloud ears

Stir-fry the luffa and cloud ears first. Add in and crush the minced pork
patty with spatula. Cook all the ingredients together.
