           Cooking Tips

Difference and Quantity Conversion Between Fresh and Dried Herbs
Fresh herbs (e.g. basil) contain water, and therefore the amount needed will be more
           than that of dried ones.
           Quantity Conversion:
1 Tbsp of fresh herbs = 1 tsp of ground dried herbs
= ⅓ tsp of dried herb powder
Fresh herbs will easily get burnt or turn bitter if overcooked. It should be added at the
           last step of cooking.
