          Cooking Tips

          • Use low-fat cooking methods, including steaming, stewing,
            blanching, double-steaming and baking/roasting. Quick pan-frying
or stir-frying in just a little oil or using a non-stick pan can reduce the
            amount of oil used.

          • Remove the fat and skin of meat and poultry prior to cooking.
          • Use a measuring spoon to control the amount of oil used.
