           NOTES FOR SPECIAL DIETS          NUTRITION / PREPARATION TIPS
           • Diabetic Diet: Exchange 1½     1. Oatmeal is rich in soluble fibre

                                              pieces on a plate and freezing them
                                              until hardened.  Then, wrap them
                                              in cling film or put them in food
                                              containers for storage. Thawing is
                                              needed prior to cooking.
