Raisin and Oatmeal Cookie
(Serves 20, 1 piece each)

INGREDIENTS: METHOD
• Soft margarine 4 Tbsp (~60g) 1. Whisk the egg with sugar until it

• Raisins ¼ cup (~40g) and knead gently to form a soft
dough. Add raisins to the dough.

• Aluminium foil ⅛ tsp 3. Divide the dough into 20 portions,
a pinch and mould each into a ball and
½ tsp press to form a thin round slice.

4. Pre-heat the oven at 180 C.
5. Line a baking tray with an aluminium
foil and place the dough slices onto
the tray. Bake for about 15-20
minutes or until golden.
