Baked Chicken Thigh
         (Serves 2)

          INGREDIENTS:                           METHOD
          • Chicken thighs      2 pieces (~320g)
                                                 1. Rinse and trim off any visible
          SEASONING:                               fat of the chicken thighs.  Pat
                                                   dry.
          • Salt                ⅛ tsp
          • Ground black pepper  ¼ tsp           2. Rub the seasoning on the

                                                   and let it sit for 10 minutes.
