Steamed Minced Beef
         and Egg over Vegetable Rice
         (Serves 2)

          INGREDIENTS:                    METHOD
          • Minced beef    4 taels (~160g)
          • Egg, small     1 piece        1. Marinate the minced beef.  Beat the
          • White rice     ¾ cup             egg.  Rinse the white rice, and put it
