          NUTRITION / PREPARATION TIPS
          1. Can replace frozen shrimps with fresh shrimps or frozen scallops.
          2. Remove bubbles from the egg mixture before steaming over low heat to
            keep the steamed egg surface smooth.
          3. Use a flat dish, a stainless steel dish, or a thin ceramic plate so that the egg
            mixture can be evenly heated.
