5. Remove the pan from the oven, and turn the thighs over. More water or wine
can be added if needed. Resume baking until the thighs are thoroughly cooked.
Then sprinkle the parsley over and bake for another minute.
6. Remove the pan from the oven and skim the fat off the chicken juice. Put the
mushrooms on the plate, place the skinned and chopped thighs on top of the
mushrooms, and top with the juice.
