Cooking for One Recipes (one-dish meals)
NUTRITION / PREPARATION TIPS
1. Serve with a slice of bread and other
vegetables, (e.g. cherry tomatoes, sliced
cucumbers) as a nutritious breakfast.
2. Use different seasonings (e.g. black and
chilli pepper) and fillings (e.g. minced
meat, tomatoes) to make different
omelettes.
3. Once opened, drain the canned tuna
and put it into another container.
