                             Cooking for One Recipes (one-dish meals)





          METHOD
          1. Rinse and cut the baby asparagus in half.
          2. Rinse, peel and cut the carrots into lengthwise sticks.
          3. Marinate the sliced pork.  Wrap 2 baby asparagus and 2 carrot sticks in
            each slice of pork.  Seal the wrap with cornstarch.
          4. Heat up oil in a non-stick pan.  Sauté the garlic clove.  Put in the wraps and
            pour wine over.  Pan-fry the wraps until cooked.  Set aside.
          5. Mix the thickener ingredients well and let them simmer in a pan.  Turn off
            heat once the sauce thickens.  Serve over the wraps.
