Braised Chicken with Pumpkin
         (Serves 1)

          INGREDIENTS:                         METHOD
          • Chicken drumsticks,   1 piece (~160g)
             chopped                           1. Rinse the chicken pieces,
          • Pumpkin, medium   ⅛ piece (~160g)    and remove the fat and skin.
                                                 Marinate for about 30 minutes.
          • Ginger            1 slice
          • Spring onion,     1 stalk          2. Rinse and peel the pumpkin. Cut
             sectioned                           into chunks and boil in water
          • Shaoxing wine     1½ Tbsp            until soft.  Retain ¼ cup of the
          • Vegetable oil     1 tsp              pumpkin water for later use.

          MARINADE (for chicken):              3. Heat up oil in a non-stick pan.
